The Company provides personal coaching, career coaching, leadership coaching, business coaching, performance effectiveness consulting, corporate success mentoring, professional speaking, soul purification training, life navigation techniques, relationship training, and C-Suite/CEO/CXO training, delivered online and in person (collectively, the "Programs").

Any outcomes, results or benefits described on the Service, in testimonials, or during a consultation are illustrative and not guaranteed. Individual results depend on many factors, including Your own effort, circumstances and commitment, and will vary from person to person.

Coaching, mentoring and consulting services provided by the Company are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice or treatment. If You are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services in Your area immediately.

Bookings and Consultations

You may request a consultation or register for a Program by submitting an enquiry through the Service (including the "Register for Consultation" and contact forms) or by contacting Us directly by email.

Submitting an enquiry does not by itself constitute a binding agreement. A booking is confirmed only once We have communicated confirmation to You, whether by email or otherwise, and, where applicable, any required payment has been received.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact and personal information when making an enquiry or booking. We are not responsible for any delay or failure to provide the Service that results from inaccurate or incomplete information You provide.

Fees and Payment

Fees for Programs and consultations, where applicable, will be communicated to You directly before any engagement is confirmed. All fees are quoted and payable in the currency specified at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree to pay all fees associated with the Programs You book in full and by the due date communicated to You. We reserve the right to suspend or decline to provide a Program if payment is not received as agreed.

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms will be communicated to You at the time of booking, or set out in a separate agreement between You and the Company for the specific Program. In the absence of a specific agreement, refunds are considered at the Company's discretion on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session, consultation or Program due to circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, and will make reasonable efforts to notify You promptly and offer an alternative date or, where appropriate, a refund.

Use of the Website

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:
